                        Shipping (when, how, where?)
                      
                      
                    
                    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from Dayton, Ohio via UPS or USPS with tracking. We don’t process orders on weekends or holidays. We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C.
                      
                        How much does shipping cost?
                      
                      
                    
                    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. We occasionally run promos - join our mailing list for updates.
                      
                        Can I ship to a campus mailroom or residence hall?
                      
                      
                    
                    Yes! Many campuses route packages through a central mailroom. Please review your student’s school-specific instructions for addressing packages - each campus has its own policies. Be sure to include your student’s full name and any required details (mail stop, box number, student ID, residence hall).
                      
                        Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
                      
                      
                    
                    Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
                      
                        My package shows “Delivered,” but my student hasn’t received it yet.
                      
                      
                    
                    If tracking shows “Delivered,” it usually means the package reached the campus mailroom or package center. From there, each school has its own system for logging and notifying students.
Remind your student to:
- Check their campus email or package app regularly.
- Bring ID to the mailroom/package center.
- Allow 1–2 business days for the campus to process packages after carrier delivery.

                        Do you include a gift note?
                      
                      
                    
                    Yes! Every CarePak includes your personal message. Just add it at checkout and I’ll handwrite it on a note card and tuck inside the box.
                      
                        What is your return policy?
                      
                      
                    
                    Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we can't accept returns or issue refunds. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@carepaks101.com within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.
                      
                        Can I change or cancel my order?
                      
                      
                    
                    We work fast to get CarePaks out the door. Once an order is submitted, we’re typically unable to change or cancel it. If you have an urgent issue, email hello@carepaks101.com and we’ll do our best to help.
                      
                        Do you offer allergen-friendly options (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, vegan)?
                      
                      
                    
                    We do our best to offer options and clearly label product descriptions. Because every person’s needs differ, please review ingredients and suitability for your student.

                        Do you take custom or bulk orders?
                      
                      
                    
                    Yes! For groups, teams, or special occasions (birthdays, finals, bid day, etc.), email hello@carepaks101.com with your quantities, timing, and theme. I’ll let you know what’s possible.
                      
                        Do you offer care packages for corporate or campus recruiting needs?
                      
                      
                    
                    Absolutely. CarePaks 101 actually began by helping recruiters connect with interns through care packages. I’d love to support your corporate, campus recruiting, or intern program needs - whether it’s onboarding, appreciation, or bulk orders.                         When should I order for finals, birthdays, or holidays?
                      
                      
                    
                    Order early for the best selection and on-time arrival - some items are limited and may sell out quickly. CarePaks are usually processed in 1–2 business days, but shipping times vary by location and carrier.
Certain themed packages (like Halloween or Valentine’s Day) may be shipped on set dates or available for pre-order. Since every school follows a different academic calendar, please check your student’s schedule for finals, breaks, and events, and order accordingly.
