Shipping (when, how, where?)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS (with tracking) from Dayton, OH. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

We ship to the Contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

We do not ship internationally.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We're thrilled that you want to send several care packages and we're happy to help! 

To ship to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. 

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $25 ship fast and free, with tracking included!

For gift items or Extra Love (add-ons) that aren't included and sent with a care package, a small flat-rate shipping fee applies.

Can I make a change to or cancel my order?

Our goal is to process and ship out all orders very quickly so that your package gets on its way! As a result, we are unable to cancel an order or make any changes to an order once the order has been submitted. However, please reach out to hello@carepaks101.com with issues or concerns.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products which often include perishable items and personalized components, we cannot and do not accept returns or issue refunds for our care packages.

Of course, if you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us so we can work with you to make things right.

Do you offer or create care packages for those with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free)?

My children have dietary restrictions so I can relate to wanting to find products that your loved one can also enjoy.

I try to offer allergen-friendly options for all of my care packages, however since everyone's situation is different you may not see exactly what you need/are looking for. I am happy to work with you to create a perfect package for your loved one if possible! Please contact me at hello@carepaks101.com to discuss your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: I understand tolerance and sensitivity levels are different for each person. It is important that you review, understand and agree to my Allergen Information.

My package shows as delivered, but my student hasn't received it yet.

In most cases if a packages has been scanned in as "delivered" it has arrived at its final destination. Each campus mail service is different, but many times a package will be delivered to the main mail and package center on campus and the student will be notified once it has been logged and is ready for pick up. Your student should be familiar with their mail and package service on campus and be sure to check emails and texts regularly -- they never know when they may be getting a surprise in the mail!  :)
