CarePaks 101 Return & Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2023

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our care packages, CarePaks 101 cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.


Returns & Refunds

Because our products often include perishable items and personalized components, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery at hello@carepaks101.com. Photos are required, and in some cases the carrier may inspect damages, so please save your box and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Please note: While we pack each CarePak carefully, we cannot control how packages are handled once they leave our hands.


Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted. Please double-check your order details—including the shipping address—before completing your purchase.


Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date shipping information. Packages returned as undeliverable by the carrier will be refunded for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable) once CarePaks 101 receives the returned package. Returned packages must be received within 21 days to qualify.

CarePaks 101 is not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
