CarePaks 101 Shipping Policy

Effective October 1, 2023

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Packages are shipped from Dayton, Ohio via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each shipping address requires a separate order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted. Please review your order carefully—including the shipping address—before finalizing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.

Damages

CarePaks 101 is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Save all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved. We pack carefully, but we cannot control how carriers handle packages.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable) once CarePaks 101 receives the package. Returned packages must be received within 21 days to qualify.

CarePaks 101 is not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
